Hardik Dua is a medical anthropologist, currently working as the Advocacy Officer (Health) at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. He has worked on Vidhi’s End-of-Life Care (EOLC) toolkit, co-authored The Queer Legacy: An Estate Planning Manual for LGBTQIA+ Individuals (2025). He is currently researching Do-Not-Attempt-Resuscitation (DNAR) orders in India, and serves on the advisory board of QAble.in. Before joining Vidhi, he was Lead-Programs at ETI Services and served on the editorial board of the International Journal of Policy Sciences and Law (IJPSL). He also worked on the assessment of state advocacy and communication strategies on TB for the MoHFW and the Gates Foundation.
