Alina Gufran is an author and filmmaker. Her debut novel, No Place To Call My Own (2025), was on the longlist of the Godrej Lit Live Award for Best Debut. Her film, Leela (2024), premiered at IFFR and played at San Sebastian International Film Festival, Dokufest, Riga International Film Festival, and MAMI, among others.
