Shatabdi Chakrabarti is a visual storyteller. Her work focuses on wildlife, conservation, and indigenous communities. She has been documenting on-ground environmental issues and traditional practices for over 15 years. Her work and personal projects have taken her to remote areas of India, where she has spent time in the wilderness with the local communities documenting their stories and experiencing the reality of co-existence. She is an award-winning and internationally exhibited, and published photographer, researcher, and filmmaker.
